With a highly motivated team of professionals, AIS continues to accentuate quality over quantity. Our team includes:

Douglas Halsall – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Halsall entered the world of Information Technology in 1970, when he joined NCR as Systems Analyst. In short order, he was promoted to Data Centre Manager and in his first year, the centre received the award of “Leading NCR Data Centre in the World”. A few years later he was made Managing Director of NCR Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, where he became the leading Country Manager in Latin America and the Caribbean region. During his tenure, he received many performance awards, including the NCR Chairman Award, and on 13 consecutive occasions - the Century Percent Club Award for making all his sales and management objectives. In 1987 he resigned from his position at NCR, to form his own company – Advanced Integrated Systems, a pioneering company in the field. Mr. Halsall’s vision and hands-on approach, have been integral in keeping AIS a leader in integrated systems technology in Jamaica and in fact the Caribbean.

Stacey-Leigh Halsall-Peart – Chief Operating Officer

Mrs. Peart is a Business graduate of CAST (now known as University of Technology- UTECH). After working for a year at Advanced Integrated Systems, she received a USAID Scholarship to the University of Tampa, where she pursued an Undergraduate degree in Marketing. Mrs. Peart returned to AIS and left again after a year for graduate school at he the University of Miami, where she successfully completed her MBA, in Finance (major) and Telecommunications(minor). She has since made herself available to AIS, where she overseas among other areas, the technical department- comprising 6 hardware engineers and 5 software specialists; and customer services.
