PAS

The pricing of PAS is based on a philosophy of making online, real-time health claims adjudication affordable and cost-effective to Carriers, Providers and the Self-Insured.  Therefore, PAS (as a claims processor) attracts competitive license fees for users in each country.  In addition, AIS will waive the license fees for the first two Carriers that sign on in each country.  Installation, training and related expenses are charged on a per-use basis.  

While AIS may be able to act on your behalf and negotiate attractive prices with software vendors (and except when AIS itself  provides you with an application), AIS and its agents are not directly responsible for the maintenance of any third party application that is used with PAS.   

Transaction fees are based on credit card rates and interest rates within a particular country.  The PAS rates will always be favorably comparable to local credit card rates relevant to each country's health insurance industry! 

Note that a reasonable licensing fee is charged to each franchisee to cover the cost of setting up PAS.
