PAS, which had its origins in the McKesson’s Oracle based Drug Claims online real-time adjudication engine – ProHealthi and includes MediSpan’s drug Screening engine, is currently employed by a number of Private Sector Carriers, as well as many varieties Public Sector Drug Plans working towards full fledged NHIP.

Its intuitive, Provider interface – EPOS, for non Pharmacy Providers is easily configured, and remotely maintained, for the particular Provider type. This is enhanced by its parameter driven and feature rich Plan Set-up features, extensive data on all claims submitted – both paid and otherwise, absence of “pending” claims and easy interface to any in-house application – where necessary, makes implementation simple while significantly improving productivity. This is why PAS is easily introduced to any country.
