AIS announces the signing of the first module of the PAS-Hospital Information and Management System (PAS–HIMS Rx) in Cayman. This pharmacy management module of the extensive Hospital Information and Management System application will address centralized purchasing and warehousing, dispensing through forty locations (pharmacies and nursing stations) in Cayman, patient profiling, drug interaction and electronic prescriptions among other features.
The PAS-HIMS is designed such that each of the various modules can operate on a stand-alone independent basis and is easily integrated into a complete hospital solution.
